I have been on a vagabond trip to Norrköping for the last 11 days, walking mostly in the forests on Sörmlandsleden, sleeping outside only with one and later two more thin blankets over me and one blanket under me (no sleeping mats/matress), finding at last my dearest disciple Josef Ask in Norrköping, and staying in his flat for a few days. Tomorrow I will return with train to Stockholm, and then my last mission will begin. There were already people living in the forest in strange living arrangements before the virus, but their amount will certainly rise when Stockholm goes into lockdown. Five million Wuhan-inhabitants escaped the city when the local government announced the lockdown of the city. I don't know how many Stockholmian people will escape a lockdown in Stockholm, but many will, I think. Stockholm will become a hell, and the forests will be the paradise and the shelter then.
This will also be one of my last posts here on the blog, I think I will leave the cities for good when I arrive to Stockholm tomorrow, so fast has this coronavirus contagion gone.
Maybe I will write a few more posts, one of them will be my farewell post to the city life and to the internet.
