Literature list for people at their death beds

Publicerad 2020-03-05 15:28:00 i Church History, Death and life after death, Literature list for people at their death beds, Quarantine-literature, Universalism, the doctrine about the final salvation of all,

(Literature both for swedish-speaking people and english-speaking people) (almost all these books are available to read on the internet for free. Those I have linked to, are) (here are those books that you can live on and die on. Many of them are something of the best I've ever read)

Lars Larsen: Tröstebok för de som snart ska dö (2019)

Lars Larsen: Tankar om allas frälsning, samlade och översatta av Lars Larsen (2014)

Lars Larsen: Morgondrömmar (dikter 2014)

Sadhu Sundar Singh: Visions of the spiritual world (1926)

E.J.Ekman: Evangelii fullhet och de ändlösa straffen. Bibliska studier (1903)

F.W.Farrar: Mercy and judgment (about universalism) (1881)

John Wesley Hanson: Universalism the prevailing doctrine Of The Christian Church During Its First Five Hundred Years. (1899) (var till stor hjälp för mig under min mörka tid Nov. 2011-Juli 2012, där blev jag övertygad om att de flesta kyrkofäderna lärde universalism)

John Wesley Hanson:The New Covenant. An accurate translation of the New Testament. (1888) del 1 (fantastisk översättning, särskilt med tanke på universalismen, den återger troget ordet "aion", det grekiska ordet för "tidsålder", som så felaktigt översatts med "evighet")

C.O.Rosenius: Betraktelser för hwar dag i året (1897) (for people with sick and wounded conscience)

Frédéric Godet: Bibliska studier (1884) (especially the chapter with The Book of Revelation)

Universalistic literature on the Tentmaker website. (for those who must have confirmation for universalism, by digging really deeply into the subject)

The Bible (easily found on the internet)

Rebecka Springer: Intra muros (Within heaven's gates), 1898. (An old, very beautiful near-death experience).

William Booth: I himmelen men inte av himmelen (1894) (A visit William Booth made in heaven) (the little writing is at Yttarö psychosis department at Farsta, Stockholm, in their little library)

Marietta Davis: Scenes beyond the grave. Trance of Marietta Davis (1859) (a visit to heaven, might have been a near-death experience)

OBS! Do not read newer near-death experience accounts, they are often bad lucid dreams that sinners have had.

Harriet Beecher Stowe: Uncle Tom's cabin (1852) (read it in Classics Illustrated, from 1943, here)

John Bunyan: The Pilgrim's progress (1678) (in a beautifully illustrated version from 1883)

Thomas Wilcox (1621-1687): Honey out of the rock

C.S.Lewis: The Narnia Chronicles (1950-1956) (the apocalyptic fantasy novel for children)
